Recently, in a federal civil rights lawsuit in which the Law Office of Sanjay S. Schmidt was co-counsel for the Plaintiff, a recovery of $11.5 million was obtained for our client, whose constitutional rights were violated, thereby causing the Plaintiff to suffer serious and permanent injuries.
